The Newburg
Fire Department, which is completely volunteer, holds one major fundraiser
for the entire year. The Newburg Firemen's Picnic which according to
most records has been held almost as long as the fire department has been
organized since 1887. The department uses the profit from the picnic
to purchase new equipment for the fire department. This years picnic
will be held May 30-31st and June 1st. We hope that you find the site
useful and that you will join us in our annual event.
